Calm Down was actually the first Peekay’s formula I created. It was to meet a very obvious need in my clinic: to help all the stressed out New York City patients that were struggling with tough emotions, often anxiety. *

Peekay’s Calm Down is for the person who is just so stressed they are “tired but wired”, can’t sleep, overwhelmed, having anxiety or panic attacks, trying to avoid or tapering off prescription sleep, anxiety or pain meds. Especially for people with a high stress job, social anxiety, for parents…anyone who would benefit from a seriously calming, grounding & nourishing formula.*

Peekay’s Calm Down contains herbal ingredients that offer anti-anxiety and stress relieving effects, herbs that promote good sleep quality, oxytocin support (naturally occurring bonding and safety hormone), improve emotional stamina and promote healthy circulation.*

Dosing Guidelines

• As low as 1 Teaspoon (5 droppers full / 5ml) per day for small and sensitive individuals.
• As high as 2 Tablespoons (30 droppers full / 30ml) per day for larger and robust individuals experiencing acute and severe symptoms. 
• Herbs can be taken at one time or dosed several times per day. 
• Average dose is 1 Tablespoon (15 droppers full / 15ml) per day. 
• These herbs are most often taken mixed with a cup of hot water (like a cup of tea), but they can also be mixed with cold water or taken as an undiluted shot!*
