Peekay's Cold & Flu is formulated for the person who has come down with a common cold, viral or bacterial bronchitis, sore throat, sinusitis, etc. They may choose to address these symptoms exclusively with herbal medicine or they may use these herbs to support the effects of western medication. Cold & Flu can also be used by people experiencing chronic symptoms associated with respiratory system dysfunction.*

Cold & Flu addresses symptoms associated with common cold, upper respiratory infection, respiratory flu, head cold, bronchitis, chronic asthma etc. Appropriate for acute upper respiratory affliction as well as chronic upper respiratory issues.*

Peekay’s Cold & Flu includes ingredients with anti-viral, antibiotic, decongesting, expectorating and diaphoretic actions.*

Dosing Guidelines

• As low as 1 Teaspoon (5 droppers full / 5ml) per day for small and sensitive individuals.
• As high as 2 Tablespoons (30 droppers full / 30ml) per day for larger and robust individuals.
• Herbs can be taken at one time or dosed several times per day.
• Average dose is 1 Tablespoon (15 droppers full / 15ml) taken 2 times per day.
• Higher doses are used for acute and/or severe symptoms, lower doses are used for milder symptoms and/or longer term maintenance.
• These herbs are most often taken mixed with a cup of hot water (like a cup of tea), but they can also be mixed with cold water or taken as an undiluted shot!

How Do We Know It's Working?

With Cold & Flu we expect to experience a resolution of upper respiratory symptoms. Herbs usually take a little longer to kick in than antibiotics, but taken consistently at the right dose, herbs can make a meaningful difference in an acute upper respiratory affliction.
