For Children over one year of age:
This formula is recommended to be taken every day during the cold and flu season.
As low as 1 Squirt (1ml) per years of age for small and sensitive kids.
As high as 2 Squirts (2ml) per years of age for larger and robust kids.
Herbs can be taken once or twice per day.
(For example, a two year old gets two squirts per dose taken once or twice per day, while a five year old gets 5 squirts per dose taken once or twice per day.)
One teaspoon is equivalent to four squirts / droppers full.
Higher doses are used for acute and/or severe symptoms, lower doses are used for milder symptoms and/or longer term maintenance.
For Children, these herbs can be squirted directly from the dropper into the child’s mouth, they can be mixed with cold or hot water, or they can be mixed with a juice, smoothie or apple sauce.

When the Spring time arrives and we note that our kids have not been chronically afflicted with colds, coughs and flus, that’s when we know that Peekay’s Kid’s Seasonal Support has done its job.*
There may be no specific symptoms necessary for recommending Peekay’s Kid’s Seasonal Support as it is essentially a prevention formula. But the most appropriate candidates are kids and teens who easily get sick several times per winter and/or those who get sick and stay sick for the whole winter. This formula is also appropriate for the very early stage of a kid’s cold or flu when mild symptoms are arriving and before the child has become fully sick. Seasonal allergy/hay fever symptoms such as sore throat, itchy face and eyes, sneezing, congested and/or runny nose are also supported by this formula.*
If in doubt, always consult your doctor or a licensed health care provider before taking any medications, over-the-counter drugs, supplements or herbs.
